the boho owlet – 12

So on this weeks Boho Owlet I wanted to address a few questions you all have asked me….WHAT kind of stroller did I get! Well, below I will disclose and chat about it but first I want to share a few items I have in his nursery. What I want to stress on is “BE ORIGINAL” this is a recurring theme in my life lately and perhaps that’s what I get for sharing info on my blog. But….that is a whole different topic. Anyway, my point is, say you are visiting your favorite vintage shop…mine happens to be VINTAGE BY MISTY! No, they do not carry baby decor……or DO THEY? BE CREATIVE! You can find ORIGINAL (can’t stress that work enough) items to place in your nursery! For example I purchased my Son’s astrological sign there and it super cute and vintage. PLUS, it will grow with the decor of the room as he gets older! Then my FAB friend Tina purchased this Missoni fabric from VBM and had these toys handmade for his room! Super cute AND ORIGINAL!!! Next up…..YES, I bought, and fell in love with, the Uppa Baby Stroller! I really loved the way it felt and PLUS, you can add a rumble seat if you are planning on having more kids close together! Otherwise you buy an expensive stroller and then have another child and it is obsolete! From the farm in South Dakota to the streets of San Francisco, this little gem has been my best friend! He is finally old enough to use this seat but  it also has adapters for a car seat (sold separately) and a bassinet, which I used a lot when he was born! Also, the gentlemen at Buy Buy baby were VERY knowledgeable and really helped me make this decision. Then, as if that was not enough, I was worried to take this item traveling due to the cost of it. I didn’t want the airlines to mess is up or break it. Introducing the TravelSafe program! If you purchase this bag and register both your stroller ( Oh BTW be sure and call them to make sure the registry went through because mine had not) and the bag they are covered from certain damages! Check their site for more details! It really put my mind at ease and why shouldn’t I enjoy the luxury of this beauty while away from home? Might as well use the item and get your money’s worth!

Ok, so this next item is all for the Mom’s out there. For me the only comfort for my girls were these sports bras! Seriously, all the other maternity bra’s etc just didn’t feel right! I have worn these ragged and if you see me next time I will probably have one on! Anyway, you can get these at Target.

I understand that everything that works for me may not work for you, but these posts are just to tell you what HAS worked for me! So, maybe you will find a product or tip helpful or not;) No worries just enjoy the journey of Motherhood and every minute you can with your little one!
